CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. When a deposit is required, it is nonrefundable and applied toward your service total. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. With less than 48 hours’ notice or a no-show, the deposit is forfeited and credited toward the 50% cancellation fee. Any remaining cancellation fee must be paid before booking another appointment. If I need to cancel your appointment, you may choose to have your deposit refunded or transferred to a new appointment. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply. Repeated cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment to book future appointments. These policies help protect my time and ensure availability for all clients.
